Manual fallback (one-off launch)
On a worker machine, set these env vars (DATABASE_URL comes from the VM's .env):
AGENT_ID=<choose a name> RUN_ID=64d5421e-5c98-48f5-8b66-605df89cacd4
Then run with queue mode enabled:
USE_QUEUE=true npm run backfill-agent
